Hello, amazing human, thank you so much for stopping by thrilled that you're here today. Welcome to the Empty Nest Success community. You are here because of the 30 Day Challenge, apparently. And this video will walk you through some questions that you might have before participating in the challenge. Are you ready? Question one is this challenge right for you? Honestly, I started this journey developing my content for mothers who are freaking out about the Empty Nest ahead. I've worked since then, with women who have no children, with women in the Empty Nest with women whose children are leaving college, military, you name it. Basically, parents, this challenge is perfect for you if you have questions such as, What am I going to do with my life when my child heads off out of the house? What if they come back, and I was had already moved on with my life. I'm not sure who I am outside of my role as mother, and my career and my job or not job. All these questions you might have, I don't know what to do with my time. Well, my partner and I get along, working out relationship things with friends, even because you might have friendships that have been developed through your children's activities. And those change there are a lot of changes that happen in the Empty Nest years. But this challenge is meant to give you an idea of some of my concepts and ideas to get you used to setting some time aside for yourself 5-10 minutes a day just to watch the video digest the content. And if you want to do more fantastic. So to recap whether your child is too, or 20 or 40, or 50. You are welcome here in the challenge. You don't have to be a mother to participate either. All are welcome here. The second question you may have is why'd you coach Christine, when my daughter went to college at age 14 out of state, I wasn't prepared, I looked for resources to help me adjust to the emptiness isn't really what I wanted. So I started creating my own. And now a little bit about me, I am what people call multi potential eight. I've had many different careers, everything from food service, balloon twisting program, or analysts, I've worked in it in software as a secretary back in the day, that's what it was called. admin assistant. I'm building this business. I'm a podcast host and producer, pretty helpful person. But I've also had my own challenges. And I've been able to use a lot of these concepts to thrive amidst things that on paper look a bit challenging. So I share the things that I have learned in life with you. My goal always is really, for you to remember how amazing you are. You're incredible. You've gotten this far. You you have done so many things in your life, and you're gonna do so many amazing more things in your life. But sometimes that's that's hard to find. So borrow my belief in you until you believe that we do a lot of thought work here. And not like hard thought work but curious, fun. Why don't we have that thought like, let's make it fun. And let's dive into that. I like to consider new thoughts for you. I like to consider what if things do work? And what if they don't? I love to laugh. And I think life is actually supposed to be fun.
