Hello amazing human, beautiful soul , welcome to video 11: high-level concept that you will find woven throughout almost every single piece of content that I create. Whether I say it or not, it is the underlying message that I have. So this along with the next handful or so videos are the meatiest portion of the content. And what we've had up to now kind of gets you used to me, high- level concepts, fun, this is getting a little deeper. It doesn't require physical work, it requires you to consider it, and see how it resonates with you. Feel free to take analogies that I create and adjust them so they work for you. If you have any questions at all, ask in the comments and I'll provide additional resources below this video. Alright, enjoy, and I'll see you next time.
01:05 We're diving into the serious stuff and we're starting with your thoughts. An analogy I've created that works for me and has resonated with my clients is think of your mind as a house. Imagine that the doorbell to that house rings every time a new thought shows up. And we have a lot of thoughts. There are so many deliveries you can't keep up and you you just out of frustration, let the delivery person have a key and put the boxes wherever they can in your home. You've given up and stay with me here for a moment - the thought box deliveries are everywhere. There are so many it's hard to find the ones you love. What if you have a choice? You can stay overwhelmed or begin inspecting the packages. Who sent them to you anyway? Let's start with a thought-box delivery labeled You are amazing.
