Hello beautiful soul! Since our last video was on the longer side and I introduced some bigger ideas around the analogy, this video continues to build on our analogy - we're adding our emotions in to the picture. I feel like this video does a really good job, so I'm going to let it stand on its own. We're going to keep it short and sweet. See the journal prompts. 00:33 Today's topic is your emotions. What if you became fascinated with your emotions? We've talked previously about your thought-box deliveries. I like to imagine that emotions are written within a thought-box delivery inside the box in black thick Sharpie ink. For example, imagine you open the thought box delivery labeled, "my future is unknown." And you see inside written fear, nervousness, overwhelm. I'd love for you to remember that those emotions are valid because they are yours. But, also, they contain valuable information for you. After all, they'll show you when you have a thought-box delivery worth keeping and when it makes sense to take it and put it outside of your fence. Remember, you are amazing!
