You are officially two thirds of the way through this challenge. With 10 days to go, we're going to get a little more fun and we'll apply it a bit more to the Empty Nest as we go on. Today's video is another toolbox item and activity that you can use to investigate your emotions: it could be a top or bottom of the toolbox item depending on are you investigating a quick emotion? or is this uncovering something deeper? 00:58 Questions you can ask yourself when your emotions sound an alert. Now it's time to channel your inner Sherlock Holmes and start investigating your emotions with the five W's. You know them: who, what, where, when and why. When you catch a strong emotion, take a moment to notice where it is in your body and give it a name that fits. Maybe it's grief or joy or even hangriness. Then look for the thought-box delivery surrounding it and start asking yourself questions who's behind this delivery? When am I when I pay attention to this: meaning is this something from the past or the future, or is it in my now keep at this and try different questions around the five W's to land on three that work best for you. Of course, remember that you are amazing!
