Once you have your four things, reflect on why they bring you such joy and how you can you incorporate more of moments like them into your life.

Beautiful soul, amazing human, who is thinking about the Empty Nest years, I am so happy for you that you are investing in yourself with time and energy. How is your garden forming: the seeds that you're getting throughout this challenge? Are you beginning to form the ones that you want to definitely plant going forward? All things to think about every day. Today's video is an activity for the top of your toolbox. It is one that I did probably for two or three weeks straight, multiple times throughout the day. And the benefits were incredible. Incredible. They just - I started feeling way better. So enjoy this video. I encourage you to give it a try. 01:20 Today's topic: four (4) things that bring you complete joy. Today we add a fun tool to your toolbox to help you reset yourself when you are having trouble becoming present and calm. Take time to choose four things that bring you complete joy when you think of them. This could be a memory, an object, a sound, or something in nature. One of mine is squirrels jumping from tree to tree. Once you've found your four items, use them to reset yourself when you feel overwhelmed, or stuck in a negative emotion. Tap your thumb to each finger on one hand focusing on one thing for each tap and rotate through until you feel joyful again. And don't worry, your four items are for your joy only. No one else needs to know what you've chosen. Give it a try. And remember you are amazing!
