Have you noticed others don't have the same emotions about the empty nest as you do?
PSPF can be used for other things too. What comes to mind?
"Remember to have fun!"
was there something today that brought you joy/made you laugh/got your creative juices going? If not, take a look at this list for some ideas of things you may want to try in the future.
Hello amazing human are you What-iffing Your life? What have you gained so far in the first six videos of this challenge? Has any one thing stuck out to you more than the others? Today's video is for reminders for the Empty Nest years: things to keep in mind so that when moments pop up you you may be a little more aware to have some patience and kindness to yourself and others. The video is pretty self explanatory, it's quick if you have questions or want to dive deeper into one thing, comment below if you are a registered account holder and we will go from there maybe do a whole workshop on this. If there is enough interest, so let me know. Again, what if your life could be everything you want it to be? Not today's topic, but I wanted to throw it in there. Enjoy.
Today's topic is P S P F, for things that if you remember nothing else is your transition into the Empty Nest these four things please keep in mind. The first P is patience for self, patients in navigating the change in all areas of your life. S is self love. Remember the five become your own biggest fan. It's that one. The second P is patience for others. This is really important because if you have a partner or other children in the house and even pets, they're going to process the transition differently. Have patience and love for one another that they might be excited and you might not and that's all okay. And finally, F is for fun. Remember to have fun. You are amazing.
