This might be a game-changer for you. It has been for me! Rather than using “what if” for worst-case scenarios, try using it around simple things, big things you don’t believe and everything in between. The what if will allow you to consider the possibilities - be curious about where your thoughts and emotions are led. You are amazing!
What is something you think could never happen. Choose something that would feel good.
What if you dreamt like you did when you were a child, and think "what if" that happens?
What emotions do you feel when you what-if areas of your life? Does anything change?
"..what if you use "what if" to consider big dreams? To consider what if nothing goes wrong?"

It's day six of the 30-Day challenge to Empty Nest Success. And that photo in the bottom right is cracking me up. This day when I say game changer, game changer, game changer, game changer. I feel as if most of us see what if in a negative connotation? I can't do that. What if this happens? My child can't possibly do that career or that major because what if they're never employed? The what ifs tend to be around worries.
When I was introduced to this concept, I, as I mentioned in the short video you're about to see is I took the affirmations that I had and switch them up to say, what if this were what would happen? Because what I found is in an affirmation, that isn't reality for me, it's hard for me to get to the emotion that it brings right away because it's so foreign for me. And the what if of what if I create a 30 day challenge and it reaches those who need it? What if my child pursues their dreams, and everything works out? And they're happy? What if it all works out? What if I could do anything in the world tomorrow? What would I do differently? What if opens up a world of possibilities? It opens up your imagination. It opens up your curiosity. So what if your life today? Just give it a try? What if a few things? Let me know what happens. Sometimes it gets pretty magical. It really does. But what if you use what if to consider big dreams? To consider what if nothing goes wrong? When you see those motivating affirmations and you think yeah, that's not gonna happen. If you don't believe it, your inner self knows this. But change it up add what if to the beginning and see where your thoughts and emotions are LED? I used to provide affirmations to the C.E.O. training team. But I switch that all up there now what if affirmations and there's so much fun? See where you can add what if in your life, and remember, you are amazing.
