Welcome to video 22 of the challenge, you are an amazing human, beautiful soul. And my wish is that if when you began this challenge you were like, "Christine, I'm not sure how amazing I am", but you're starting to believe this amazingness is there for you. And while it's important that you feel that maybe initially from someone else to get you started, the goal long term is for you to internally, know how amazing you are. And know that your future self is cheering you on an unbelievably. So imagine that you could have a magic wand/a time machine: you could go back to moments when you were younger, not be who you are, but provide be a mentor to yourself. And think of the amazing things you'd say to yourself with a little more wisdom and perspective now. The things that you'd really wish that you would take to heart. And in those moments, you couldn't imagine that you'd be here someday. You know, it's eventually coming. But you just can't even imagine you can't get out of those moments. And a really good activity is to write down the advice, the tips, the encouragement, the wisdom that you'd want to share with your younger self. Today, write it in your journal, and then use it as if your future self is saying that to you now. This is you cheering yourself on. It's so powerful. And ideally, this is what we're going for in all this: we clear out who we are, we clear out all the clutter, we figure out who we are, since there's space there to do that. And then we begin to realize we're our own biggest fan and we can cheer ourselves on. And if we feel a win in our lives, we might share it with someone we might not but either way our worth, our excitement, our peace our joy is all within our fence. It's all things that we can control. So powerful. Okay, enjoy the video for today. I will see you next time. And as always, you are amazing.
02:58 Today's topic is your future self has your back. I invite you to take a moment and imagine a past parenting experience that when you were going through it felt overwhelming and incredibly impactful. Things from developmental milestones, diaper brands, school choices, and more. Imagine jumping back to visit with past you in those moments with the wisdom and life experience you have today. There would be a lot of encouragement, reassurance and thankfulness for all you have done. And I bet you may even tell younger you to chill out and enjoy life a bit more. Now let's switch it up and assume that there is a future version of you who has more wisdom than you do today. A broader perspective and they are cheering you on. What would you ask them if you could and what do you think they tell you today?
