Beautiful soul, ah, amazing human, you are here! We're on video 23. This video (the original video) is pretty good. What I want to share is I do say the word "work" here. And if you've caught up on the other click-throughs, I don't typically use the word work anymore because I like to say joyous investment in your life. But the point being to trust your inner guidance, this work is yours. If you take these lessons and try to teach them to other people who aren't looking for them, you may get a whole bunch of resistance from them. Because they're not looking for them. So the two reminders is, this is your project, your journey. And then as you go through, the more clearing that you do, the more you'll be able to trust yourself: And really, really trust your self. Remember, this is your life. And the Empty Nest years are yours to experience. Please take with a grain of salt anyone who tells you that they have the answers for your life. You my Empty Nest friend have all the answers you need inside of you. Sure you might first need to do some mental decluttering and training to get to know yourself. Becoming the Conscious Effective Olympian of your life is about learning to trust yourself and consciously step into your life so that the rest of your life can be the best of your life!
